Two mighty Viking warriors are splitting loot after great battle but only the clever one can have more of it!

Simple game for 1-2 players. Loot is falling onto table, you can grab it by pressing your action button, but be sure not to wait too long, otherwise your opponent will sure take it first! Whoever reaches limit first wins the game.

Controls:
Red-bearded warrior: Z
Blue-bearded warrior: DOWN ARROW
Limit selection: LEFT & RIGHT ARROWS

It's your average day working in the postal service. What better time to go out on deliveries when everyone is at work?

With over 10 exciting deliveries and a few detours in a "HUUUGE" city, there's no telling what you'll experience while being basically the worst kind of monster humanity has to offer.

Make sure to drive as recklessly as possible, or the roads will become so safe that people will deliver their own packages!

YOU NEED TO BACK INTO THE CAR BETWEEN DELIVERIES TO GET ANOTHER SLIP!

Arrows: Move person/drive car
Z (PICO BUTTON 1): Start game
X (PICO BUTTON 2): Get in/out of car

Walk up to people's doorsteps to leave them a note. There are two types of vision you need to avoid:

• Car Vision: People will come out of their house if they see your car within their vision cone. These are large, usually come from the house and appear dark red when your car is not in them.

• Person Vision: Some people are waiting outside for you! Yikes! These people have BRIGHT RED vision cones all the time and will catch you if you are within them, car or not.

===== KNOWN BUGS =====

Completing a delivery and losing on the same frame skips the next delivery. Very rare and may crash the game.

Controls

• hold Z to charge your attack, let go to attack
• Up arrow key or X to jump
• Right arrow key to move to the right
• Down to crouch (does nothing)

There are two bosses. If you defeat both of them, you win.
The bar at the top shows how close you are to the next boss (and also serves as an hp bar when you get to the boss)

Jumping is useful later in the game, just remember that you can also attack while in the air.

You can also sit on benches, but that's supposed to be a secret

My entry for Ludum Dare #33. My first Ludum Dare and my first game with PICO-8.

I may still work on improving it, but this is how it stands for the contest.

Hello all ! This is my entry for Ludum Dare 33
I had a lot of problem with the gameplay of this one and I also hit the tokens limit faster than I expected.
I still managed to make something playable. I hope you'll enjoy it.

Since it's ludumdare I guess I wont update this one unless if some gamebreaking bugs are found.

Because I had to remove most of the ingame help to gain some space for late code you should REALLy read this before play :

MONSTERS :
Goblin : Fast and weak. The only monster who can carry gold and orbs.

Made for the theme "You Are The Monster". I wanted to do more, but overall I'm just happy it's playable from beginning to end :) There might be some platforming parts that are too hard in there, not really much time for balancing.

Controls:

Here's a "game" I made for the most recent ludum dare. It isn't completely polished, but I thought I'd share it since its at least complete-able.

Well, after spending the entire weekend doing other things, about 7 hours ago I decided that maybe I should try to create something for this Ludum Dare after all. :)

And I almost done it... The cartridge is playable, not even too ugly, but lacks levels - I managed to create only four introductory levels.
And of course there are some bugs too (don't step on a human!), but it can be finished without much problem.

Tomorrow I will travel the whole day, I doubt I will have the energy in the evening to complete the game, so I just submit it in this state.

Hi everyone. This is football game with cars. I am a big fan of Rocket League, so I decided to make this. Button 1 kicks and button 2 drifts.

For now, you need 2 players. It would be nice to have an AI for that. Feel free to contribute or give suggestions on improvements.

There are some bugs that I will still fix, like the ball going through the crowd and scoring xD. But this version is decent enough for having some fun.

"Nice Monster"

a little kid is playing a nostalgic platforming game... and only pressing the jump button!

All the monsters in the level decide to help them out and get the player to the goal.

use arrow keys to move monsters, make the player bounce on the monsters and rebound towards the goal.

This is my entry for the LD33 Compo so I can't update it after the time is up. I'll make a new thread for future versions after the Compo is done.

EDIT: tiny little graphical tweak for when people are sneaking past the dragon. :P

Entry for #LDJAM 33. First try with Pico-8 and first experience with Lua. Still no idea of how to do basic stuff but eager to keep learning.

Hi! This is my first attempt on PICO-8. I followed the instructions I've read on the first issue of PICO8ZINE and I've added some improvements, like:

• The pad now stops at the edge of the screen
• If you push a button, the pad goes slightly faster
• A Game Over text appears when you're a loser
• Some SFX of my own

I'm very excited about how fast you can learn to make things that actually work. It will be the first of many, I'm sure!
