This is a little couch co-op or single-player game inspired by games like Overcooked or Moving Out, made for Toybox Jam 2025.
Aye, listen ere. Captain's out today so you poor lot will be picking up the slack.
Fish for tuna and stash it somewhere safe. Haul the fish to the merchants to collect their handsome bounty!

At night, the storm comes... and with it, the dreaded deep sea Kraken. If she gets ahold of your vessel, prepare for the worst!
Aye, day time is calm, but the merchants have tougher demands. Some merchants want bluefin or albacore, while others want a whole net's worth o' fish, or maybe just a matching pair. Every day and night their demands are different.

Controls
- X to go back or drift
- O to accelerate
- ARROW KEYS to choose or steer
Welcome to Chunky Rally - PICO-8 Edition!
Last summer I released Chunky Rally for Picotron and I kept working on it. It now has an editor that allows YOU to create your very own tracks and share them with others!
But I always wondered whether I could port this to PICO-8.
The focus of this game is feeling in control-beat all the best times and maybe even try [hidden]to get the secret skull medals

About
This is a basic arcade shoot 'em up game I made by following the awesome lazy devs shmup tutorial.this is my first finished game. I had a lot of fun making this. :)
note
This game hasn't been properly playtested.I'd love to hear feedbacks. Thanks for playing!
Special thanks to @lazydevs academy for the tutorials!

A 'space shooter' with a special twist. (Play time: 5 to 10 mins)
Made for the Toy Box Jam 2025 (12/19/2025 - 1/4/2026)
(This thing is janky, unoptimized, and doesn't exactly get the original idea across, but I'm glad to have finished it. Mega thanks to BryterGames for helping program the bullet patterns - the game wouldn't have even made it this far without his generosity.)
Welcome to Starfight
A shoot 'em up type game where you are up against the stars themselves.
This is my first published PICO-8 project, so expect the code to not be the best.
There are 4 difficulties ranging from easy to expert + a secret bonus one you can find on the "how to play" menu. ;)
And there are 4 different enemies which here I'd say is plenty enough for a bit of fun.
That's about it, get playin' and have fun!

This is my game Gutwound, Its a survival game, and I managed to implement and flesh out quite a few aspects before putting it down. I worked on it on and off for quite a while and I really love what I managed to achieve but I struggle to make changes and the workflow for it is quite bad, so I'm rewriting it. Thought I'd take the opportunity to convert it to a Playdate game, so that's what I'll be doing. Wanted to upload this here anyways as a permanent record of its existence.
WASD controls, E to interact with doors, hover over the inventory to open it (at the top), left click to add to bag, right click for context menu. Enjoy.

/!\ THIS PROJECT USES MOUSE AND A KEYBOARD — PLEASE HAVE BOTH
Circuit Sandbox – PICO-8
current version : v1.0.2
Circuit Sandbox is a compact, interactive electronics simulation. It lets you design, test, and experiment with digital circuits using simple components on a 16×15 grid.
Features & Tools:
patch 1.1 - fixed some embarrassing small first day bugs
patch 1.2 - made it so the game switches to picotron palette equivalent colors when losing focus, and cards are all dealt instantly when starting the game if "start unfocused" is enabled in the settings for use in the tooltray
patch 1.2.1 - fixed some embarrassing bugs. sorry guys
patch 1.2.2 - i found more even more embarrassing bugs. also the window size fits better with 64x64 widgets now
patch 1.2.3 - MOAR BUGS!!! thanks to soupster for pointing most of these out to me, shadows now dissapear correctly when the game is unfocused, the menu will draw correctly when unfocused (useful for lining tiny solitaire up with your other widgets) colors 16 and 17 now use the picotron palette so your wallpaper wont get messed up, and i also removed pressing middle mouse to reset the game (leftover from development lol)

I'm giving a try to the Genuary 2026 challenge. For each day in 2026, a prompt is given for art using procedural generation. I'm putting all prompts on the cartridge above. You can switch among them using the left and right buttons!
Day 1: One Color, One Shape
A quick one - shapes floating from the left, anti-shapes floating from the right. Up to 120 shapes cross the screen at any one time.
Day 2: The Twelve Principles of Animation

Just as I feel.

Returning home from a unsuccessful fishing trip, Jólakötturinn makes a offer:
Can you win at his fashion show and earn a lifetime supply of fish?
Do you have what it takes?
Made for advent 2025.

New AI!
Bridge of Knights is a simple, turn-based strategy game based on the fictional board game Knights Bridge.
The objective of the game is to push the treasure chest in the center of the board back to the players own territory in their back row, or by pushing their opponents pieces off the edge of the board.
- Each player takes their turn moving one of 3 pieces on the 7x7 game board.
- Players may push other pieces or the treasure.
- Only one piece may be pushed at a time.
- A piece cannot be pushed back into the space it came from in the previous turn.
A note:
This game was hypothesized in in-game lore, and never developed or tested. It is an awkward, unbalanced game, but there is a tic-tac-toe simplicity about it that may inspire something in the future.
Despite its flaws, Ultima 7 fans can finally say the game exists and is playable! Suggestions and feedback welcome. The AI will continue to get small updates but the game, like chess, is best played against a human opponent.
Changelist -
v1.09 - Implemented reset/exit menu
v1.08 - AI win condition bugfix
v1.07 - 2p controller fix
v1.06 - Major AI update 2 - Challenging but winnable
v1.05 - Major AI update!
v1.04 - stalemate bugfixes
v1.03 - Removed diagonal movement bug, improved AI
v1.02 - Menu cleanup, AI moves treasure correctly, menu and board vfx, art polish
v1.01 - QOL and UI fixes
