Why did Pac-Man cross the road?
A kinda weird Pac-Man spin-off
What to do in this game?
Well, is Pac-man... just eat all the pellets to get to the next level :)
But in this game, Pac-man only moves forward, and the ghosts spawn from above and below so be careful!
Need to accelerate or break? don't worry! use "X" to accelerate Pac-Man and "O" to break.

The Apple ][ font, now in Picotron!
@BGelais has also created an Apple II "font" for Picotron.
That one is not actually a font, but a set of sprites and a custom sprint() routine for using them.
It also has support for "flashing" text!
Mine is an actual Picotron system font, and so you can just use it with Picotron's built-in print() function. Since it is a real font, however, it does not support "flashing text" on its own.
This program generates the font from an image I generated from the Apple ][ text ROM, displays it alongside the standard Picotron font, and saves it to a file, /appdata/shared/fonts/a2.font. Feel free to copy it into your own cartridge if you have a use for it.
đ DARK MAGE: THE ASCEND
Hey! Welcome to Dark Mage: The Ascend. Basically, it's an Egyptian-themed roguelike deckbuilder where you play as a dark mage. Your goal is to survive waves of enemies using cards, but with a twist: you have to place them on a small 3x3 altar to form poker/cribbage-style combos (like making 15s, straights, or pairs).
It's one of those games that seems super simple at first, but ends up hooking you as you try to calculate the perfect play or pray for a good relic in the shop. Perfect for quick coffee-break runs. Hope you like it!

Defeat endless waves of enemies by placing cards on a [b]3x3 altar
hey yall
so basically this whole cart was inspired by two things:
1. a northernlion bit
2. annoyance at other people to not adhere to the bit
basically northernlion (a streamer) had a bit for an app, linked here

here's the full relevant excerpt for posterity. you can skip it if you watched the video.

I had a great idea for an app.
It's literally just an app, where you flip a coin.
It has a number, and the number is your streak.
And that's, it. That's the whole fucking app.
There's no share, there's no subscription, there's no, there's no venture capital.
The app is secondary to, us creating, like,

A TXT viewer made by me, with the official picotron manual as the file.
About the viewer:
This viewer includes a line highlighter, or whatever it's called, as well as line numbers, a text finder, and smooth scrolling. By default, it uses the picotron manual as the source file, but if you go around messing with the code, you can change the source file easier. But it was made specifically for the user manual. to use the find tool, simply type something out and press enter. Results will be highlighted in yellow, and you can navigate the results via the up/down arrow keys. You can also type in a line number to jump to it.
About the manual:
It was written by Joseph White, and is the official manual of picotron. I hope it's okay that I copied it into this p64.
The first few lines of the manual:

Hello. This is my first shot at a picotron cart. I'm pretty happy with the look of it.
It's a tool for generating ideas for playing solo role-playing games. I used the Semiotic Standard that was made for Thousand Empty Light.
You found this device on a desolate planet and it spits out pictures and words in a language you don't understand. Mercifully it has an English translator button, but, it does keep switching itself back to the strange language mode sometimes.

The fleet is broken.
The colonies have fallen.
Earth stands alone.
Launch the last ships of the Dominion Fleet and carve a path through overwhelming alien forces. Salvage lost fighters, recover forgotten technology, and unleash devastating weapons against impossible odds.
Fight through waves of enemy craft, ancient war machines, and planet-killing armadas as humanity makes its last stand among the stars.
A shoot-'em-up where your lives are ships.
Every fighter in Dominion EX 2 is a collectible combat craft with its own weapon, movement characteristics, and strengths. Build your fleet, switch ships at any time, and adapt to the battle ahead.

About
FruitSnax is a matching game made for my kids who kept losing the tiles to their physical matching game! It is my first game, and hopefully the first of many! I hope you enjoy!
Modes
FruitSnax has two modes: Casual and Time Attack. Casual mode has no time limit; Time Attack assigns a time limit but also gives bonus scoring! The game ends when all matches have been made, or time runs out - whichever is first!
Scoring
Scoring is based off your mode, and the number of consecutive matches you get. Get a higher streak to really crush the points!
A Little Extra
I have hard-coded in "Dad's High Score" for my children to encourage them to use their memory to beat a fairly achievable score. A hidden message pops up telling them to show me their high score for a surprise!
