There are more than one way of beating this cartridge,
the one shown here will be the easiest one (by the order of maps)
also showing how to get the secret sword: the divine happier.
reading the maps:
red: locks
yellow: keys
black: boss room
pink: bonus room (optional)
cartridge basics:
this cartridge is mean to be played with the arrow keys and the X and Z buttons,
the character is locked on four directions,
so using a mouse or controler won't really help here.
you swipe to kill enemies, if a bullet touches you, you take damage, simple as that
don't let an enemy jump on your head,
it will make your character hard to control possibly leading to death
(throw the enemy or panic, your choice)
your hearts are increased by going into the statue in the center of the hub
and collecting a container adquired by beating a boss and collecting it's key
(one of them is given right after it opens it's mouth, however)
there are a few health pickups in the game that you can pick up indefinetly,
3 of them are in the area you spawn in, 3 of them are in the middle of the tower.
When you are at a complicated position, you may always backtrack there to replenish your health.

Hello :D I'm new to the voxatron world, and I'm planning to make a cart based on the WALL-E movie.
Currently done: WALL-E, M-O, and Steward Bot.
Next: Paint Bot, WALL-E's ability to emit blocks.
I need some help in emitting props so that WALL-E can emit 'junk blocks' just as in the movie.
Well, don't hesitate to comment, give critics, insults, etc XD.

Ok, this level is all I could do by now with Kling´s odd weapons. I am currently working in the second part, which will introduce some more odd weapons made by Kling.

This one was tough
I updated the previous one to be able to have multiple player health bars. Right now I only have 2 players but to make more Is just the same.
I also made it possible to increases maximum health. But I made the health bars shorter because 50 HP health bars with two players was getting complicated.
You are allowed to use this idea in any of your games.

By the way here's the storyline of Red Labs:
[i]Red Labs is a corporation. They make experiments on everything. They like to play with robots. But what they like the most is combining genes to cross-mutates species.
Their new-gen robots, called the MK-I (MK-II / MK-III / etc...) are made using animals or human brains. They found a way to isolate brain cells to keep the brain alive in a robot body. This way, they can control robots easier. Human brains are obviously hard to control, so some robots go out of controls. This is what happened to you. You must find a way to escape the Red Labs.




First of all: hello everyone!
Long time lurker and follower of Voxatron here, finally caved in and made an account just so I could pester you all with a technical question. :p
It might have been answered elsewhere, but nothing came up when I searched. How does the renderer manages to "highlight" the edges of the voxels? Is that the edge drawn on top of the voxel itself with a tinted color? Or something trickier?
I am really fascinated by the way Voxatron displays its world, hence why I'm poking at the info I can find ^^
