On web, audio doesn't seem to be upsampled correctly if the system's audio output is 48khz. It looks like it's taking the 44khz output from Picotron and doing a nearest-neighbor upscale to 48khz, resulting in distortion.
Audio examples:

Zoomed in samples from the Sharkle cart, where the mid-low sine-esque waveforms make the problem readily apparent:

In short: traverse the maze, collect gems, don't get killed!
This game grew organically - first as an experiment to generate a random maze, then adding a character to walk around the maze, then something to collect, and so on.
Each level is randomly generated, so even if you start the game again you'll get a different maze. Each level gets larger (up to 63x63 tiles), and contains more gems to collect and enemies to avoid.
Speaking of enemies, there are five types, each with their own unique behaviours! Which one is your favourite? Even though they're the slowest, I have a soft spot for the Nappers - they have a habit of falling asleep in the most inconvenient places!
Occasionally you can pick up an invincibility shield or an extra life.

FoxFall: Peg Party! — A Peggle/Breakout/Plinko Hybrid
Hey folks! I've been working on a pinball-meets-peggle roguelike and wanted to share it with the community.
What is it?
FoxFall: Peg Party! is a peggle-inspired roguelike where you:
Aim & shoot and at pegs/appples (up/down to aim, left/right to move, X to fire)
Clear all the orange pegs (apples) laid out in puzzle patterns
Catch the apples in the moving basket after each shot and bounce the ball back up to get even more apples(left/right to steer)
Earn apples as currency to spend in the shop on upgrades:
Extra balls (lives)
Bombs ( press X ) to explode your bomb when surrounded by apples to make quick work of the board.
Basket speed & size
I'd love to hear what you think! Feel free to test it out and let me know what works, what doesn't, or what you'd like to see added though I am just about at the pico8 limit.

This is my first PICO-8 game! I had a lot of fun making it and I hope you like playing it. Let me know what you think!
BEEVENTURE
You're a bee with one year to live. Gather pollen, turn it into
honey, and store up enough to survive the winter.
THE GOAL
Collect 20 honey before winter ends. Each season runs 2.5 minutes,
so a full year is about ten minutes. The world changes with the
seasons -- the palette shifts, the flowers change, and it snows in
winter.
CONTROLS
⬅️ ➡️ move
❎ hold to fly, let go to drop
🅾️ call your helper bees back to you
(also revives you when you die)
HOW IT WORKS
Land on a flower to collect pollen -- you can carry 4 to start.
Fly home and land on the hive to deposit it.
The honeycomb holds 16 pollen. Every time you fill it you get:
+4 honey
+1 helper bee (up to 4)
+1 health, if you're hurt
So 20 honey means filling the comb five times. Flowers regrow after
a while, so you never run the world dry.
HELPER BEES
Your helper bees follow you and pick fights with the flies. Each one
also raises how much pollen you can carry, up to 8 with a full crew.
They're fragile -- three hits and they're gone -- and when one dies
your carrying capacity drops with it. Press 🅾️ to pull them out of a
fight before they get killed, and bring them back to the hive to heal
them up.
WATCH OUT
Flies cost you a heart on contact, and you only have four. Run out and
you'll wake up back at the start with full health -- but you'll drop
every scrap of pollen you were carrying.

Hi, this is my first cartridge, so be gentle, pls.
PICOPON is basically both a demake and a reimagination of PATAPON.
It is a rhythm-based game where you lead a small squad using commands. You can use two drums: PICO and PON.
They can be used in different orders to give different commands, you have 4 in total:
PICO-PICO-PICO-PON is Advance
PON-PON-PICO-PON is Attack
PON-PICO-PON-PICO is Retreat
PICO-PON-PICO-PON is Defend
Use them to explore the dungeon, where you will find diverse and powerful enemies.
The main appeal is the Rogue-lite elements, if you die, you have to start again, and I implemented a perks/cards system.
We have 3 main perks:
- Unit cards: Add Pan the Archer to your party, or Tin the Swordman.
- Evolution: Evolve your unit, every class has two evolutions, you can only pick one per run.
- Perk: Win a powerful passive that will help you to make your way through the dungeon.
In this first beta you can explore the complete first floor, with a miniboss at the end, all the feedback is well appreciated, I want to find bugs or balance the levels, feel free to comment and most importantly, ENJOY!

Peak - Demake Demo v0.4
Author's Notes
This is a remake project for the game Peak that I was working on a while back. I sort of stopped working on it because the feedback from testers was poor (the game wasn't very fun to play) and my hype for Peak kind of faded.
I'm posting it here because I might pick it up again depending on community engagement.

- Z: Jump
- X: Grab (consumes stamina)

A different take on Minesweeper!
Navigate a maze, collect keys, and find your way to the goal but watch your step. One wrong move and you’ll fall into your demise. don't worry tho, you have like 2 tries before losing
due to "Popular demand" for me to explain the game mechanism, I suggest you guys read the 'help' menu before playing
Also, pardon the music… I’m still learning how to make music in pico8, I'm not proud of it either but you can mute them from pause menu (P)
Intervium 1.1 change log:
> Exploration mode can now be switches between hold mode and toggle mode in pause menu (press P). so it's more friendly to mobile user
