A space themed typing game made for the 2022 20 Second Game Jam!
About
I've always enjoyed typing games, and when thinking of a game that could be played and replayed in 20 second intervals for this jam, this is what came to mind! Although this game has been finished for well over a year, I've only remembered to upload it just now in 2024 😅 Enjoy!
Controls
Astrotype takes a somewhat non-conventional approach to controls- all controls in this game are executed by simply typing words, and is explained in the cartridge!

Sprout
Sprout is a short platformer I made for Jame Game 29 that won first place!
About
The theme of the jam was falling and the required special object was bean. In Sprout, the protagonist falls down into the earth and must use his magic beans to traverse the depths until he reaches the core. He may also collect some optional core pieces along the way!
It was made in 3 days so it's far from perfect; There are a couple of bugs that never got ironed out and things that should be polished or changed, but oh well, that's how jams go!
Controls
- Arrow keys to move / look up & down
- X - jump
- Z - throw bean
- Z while holding down - Spring jump
- Z while holding up - Throw bean up to make vine

It's a pretty simple little high score based game, I didn't have too much time to do anything too crazy. I think the game was made in under a day, but honestly I don't really remember haha. Enjoy!
