Hi, when I press the F7 key (with the Pocket CHIP keyboard) to do a cartridge label it looks like it doesn't do anything. I also tried all the F* keys but nothing works, when I save the cartridge to the .p8.png format the center of the cartridge is just a color, not the picture.

Is this a bug ? Is it mapped on another key ?
Or maybe I'm just stupid and I do it wrong, that's possible ^^'

Roucasse, do you have a Pocket CHIP ? I thought they were on pre-order ?

They are on pre-order but they've started shipping them. They're getting close to June pre-orders now.

And yes, Roucasse, there needs to be a forum for those of you who DO have the marvelous little POCKET CHIP NOW so you can talk and discuss about solving technical problems on it.

I pre-order mine in May and I got it a few weeks ago. It depends when you pre-order it.

And I don't think the problem is the Pocket CHIP, I tested all the F* keys and they all worked except on PICO-8. That's why I ask here and not on the NTC forum.

Roucasse, could you please post the link for the NTC forum. I would be curious to read the feedback from users that have and have used the device.

Mine's supposed to ship this upcoming month sometime.

On the Pocket CHIP to press F7 (or any F keys) you need to press FN + 7 (or the number of the F key).

I've used SSH + Xming on my laptop to access the Pocket CHIP, I presses F7 with my laptop keyboard, and it worked, it saved a game label.

I think the problem is that PICO-8 doesn't reconise FN + 7 as F7, so you can't use the F* keys, exept if you use an external keyboard.

Yah, F7 (or other F* keys) doesn't work for me either Roucasse, but it does work if I connect a USB keyboard.

That sucks

PocketCHIP function keys still not working on 0.2.3
Ctrl+0 (F10) does bring up the dev keyboard.
