Behold, the (prerelease version of) the next game in the beloved Dragondot series! I've been working on this for about a month, got it to a code-complete state and now I'm putting it out there for feedback on content/balance tuning. (All the creature stats, encounter info, doorways, and secrets are stored in the map data, so I can adjust those without any additional code overhead.) Please, let me know if you find any of the fights frustrating or confusing, or are dissatisfied with any part of the world map.

How did you get one map tile to be one screen tile? I am making a game and was wondering how.
I was about 3/4s done when I emerged from my lair, the palette went all wonky, and I got this error. Was very glad that the game was saved, I thought I'd have to start over :)

Fantastic game! Is there an end, though? I've completed the overworld map, explored every dungeon and killed every boss, and I'm still just running around splatting things. Haven't bought all the skills yet, but I don't really feel like grinding out another 1000 gold, even if giant strength makes it quick and easy to mug Galiths.
Oh dang, I played on the 0.8 version, not the final. Oh well!
