A recreation of The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening DX for the Gameboy Color.

Tab to turn on the Gameboy Color.

Z and X to chop bushes with your sword

Directions and to walk around.

Once you enter the trendy game parlor:

Good luck! Sorry for riding on the nostalgia wave.

Great details, love the art. It felt like Link's Awakening. And then I couldn't tell what I was doing inside the shop until I read the directions.

After I got the hang of that though, I had a lot of fun catching everything and earning the ending. Watch out, Badge Arcade.

Really neat idea! I included it in my compilation video series of the Tiny TV Jam games, if you’d like to take a look :)

Thanks for playing enargy and Jupiter_Hadley!

Yeah the crane game doesn't really make sense unless you have played Zelda Links Awakening. This is true.

TBH, nothing really makes sense unless you have played Links Awakening :D

That is true of life.

As an old-school Zelda fan I absolutely love this! I want more! The overworld stuff was great, destroying the bushes, the music, moving around feels good. I would totally love to see more of that and maybe some octoroks to kill.

Didn't care much for the mini-game... if it was a dungeon instead, it would be fantastic! ;)

Good job!

I crashed it by going to the right side of the screen and slashing.
