-Mint Gem is redesigned and buffed, now called Mint Milk. +15% crit damage => +25%. Rare => common item
-Buffed Mint Missile, it shoots 1 wave of 20 bullets => 2 waves of 18 bullets
-Buffed Eye of Horus, 15% chance for 3x damage => 10% chance for 5x damage
-Alabaster buff, -0.5 luck => 0 luck
-Boss can only spawn 1 gray circle enemy at a time

-Adjusted the screen wrapping of the red X enemy
-Squid enemies slowly push off one another, now they should not congeal into one large tanky squid

idea: 4(or 5?) items to choose from at the end of a level, but random items give you 2 choices

more ally items,
more cool item gimmicks
maybe more characters?

I've been at the token limit since the game originally came out and I had to take a lot of time lowering the token count to add anything new in. It's getting to a point where it is hard to find places to optimize, so I think I am done with updating this.
If I were to change stuff about the game at this point, it would be core gameplay features, which are probably not in budget with PICO-8's limitations. So my plan is to make an entirely new iteration of the game or a completely different game. Not sure what I'll work on next, but you'll hear from me.
I am excited for picotron, I think there could be some cool remakes with that

Could you please add a SAVE GAME option between levels ? It might not be anything greater than saving a single BYTE of data to cartdata()
