This is my very first PICO-8 game, I hope you like it!
It's a sokoban style game with 15 levels, it features deadly traps, gems and lasers!

sokoban is such a fun theme for a game so i really enjoyed playing with this. especially loved the puzzle design and the way each new gameplay element gets a little intro level first.
i even found you a nice little bug! on level 10 it's possible to push the bottom right mirror through the wall of the level. this pretty much breaks everything and brings your run to an end.

cool game, think i'm gonna learn a thing or two reading the code! ❤️

henhouse, nice find! The code is a little messy, I didn't put too much care into it, so it lacks optimization and there are some dumb approaches to it. It was my first time programming in Lua so I wasn't too hard on myself.
About the "bug", the squared wall tile doesn't check for any collision because it's there for decoration purposes, I tried to make the tile inaccessible for the player, but as you can see that slipped. So technically it's not a bug, its me being dumb hehe.

We both made a Sokoban-Game in Pico-8, but you definitely made the "more originality"-Version :) . Really nice done, I like it alot, especially the laser-/mirror-Stages.
I also swear it wasn't on purpose to release my Sokoban-Game on the same week ;D
Haven't played through yet, I'm struggling on Level 11^^.


I finished in 27:17! This was pretty fun and felt like a good difficulty ramping. I liked the rotation tiles especially, you applied them well.
