Thought I would give you guys a heads up on what I'm working on next.

I don't want to give away the name of the monster just yet, but when you hear it, you'll definitely recognize it from years past. Might be several days before I get this game finished.

This version will be very graphic though, lots of animation, levels of play, surprises, items and weapons to find, ability to load and save game at any time, persistent save of your score, (load state/save state), top ten players, and of course the target monster to hunt, the .......

Hmm... I don't know much about old computer games. But I will watch this thread to see what is coming up. I am intrigued. I don't know if that is even the right word there.

Hi guys:

Turn-based. Controller base. Arrow keys movement, (O) and (X) separately to do 2-different actions, (O) and (X) simultaneously to invoke special functions.

I haven't seen anyone write back if touch-screen technology works with PICO yet is why I'm avoiding it.

If someone would like to test touch-screen for this program, I sure would appreciate it:

The whole thing can be run from the mouse and clicks, no keyboard needed at all.

Let me know if it works. If so - it is possible I may go mouse/touch-screen for this game I'm working on.

That's a no on my tablet. Tapping to continue seems to work but i couldn't manage any input on the keyboard. I suggest this is due to the known bbs player mouse error, where the cursor gets stuck at 0,0 for fullscreen, because the bbs player sort of plays in a theatre mode on my tablet it might still be getting stuck at 0,0.

Yeah, I was afraid of that. I'm going to forward this to SUPPORT so ZEP can look at it. I'll continue to write this game using the 6-button standard.
