This reminds me quite a bit of the WarioWare minigame with keeping the spotlight on Wario.. Makes me wonder how many of those microgames would work well on Pico-8.. A lot of them were quite fun.
As someone with a crippling phobia of aliens as a child, this was strangely therapeutic.
Well, until the spotlight started moving by itself that is... I think my condition is back.
