What a charming project. Nice job at not only finishing a project, but creating such a polished game.

I do wish there was a more skill-based way to avoid death by blizzard - it seems like a pretty random "you lose" moment.

I thought the blizzard was fine, over time you sorta get a sense of when to go into hiding. The only thing I'd change about it, is add a grace period to both the end and start of it, so in other words, make it look the same as it is, but actually it's only the middle parts that hurt you.
