I needed a tool I could see all the colors at once to choose my palette. Rebuilding my animation tool and need it so you can edit the sprite in the right colors.

What a handy little tool. Thanks for sharing this.

This is a very simple and absolutely handy tool. Officially in my toolbox now! Thanks for sharing!

The creation of a new color list is way easier and more intuitiv than in Painto-8 lite, where i struggel to remember what color do I switch with what place. To see all colors at once and nearly drag and drop them to a new list is nice, but I miss the feature to see the change right in action in a chart.

@Zellente, there's no way to have both on screen at the same time :
Both use the mode where you can choose for each screen line if the 16 colors of the line come from pal1 or pal2.

For pico pal maker, the chosen palettes are simply 0-15 for pal1 and 128-143 for pal2.
That's why you need to split the palette currently built in two blocks of line : the colors of the palette being built are not in a single palette son can't be displayed on the same line.

For Painto-8, pal1 is used for the actual palette you are building, and that's the palette used to display the ongoing game.
pal2 switches between 0-15 and 128-143, and is used to display the colors to pick from.

I don't see a way to do both at the same time on the same screen, but I have an alternate idea :
currently, both tools can generate to clipboard code to set the palette as currently displayed, but if they could both read from the clipboard, you could have the best of both worlds with two windows open.
@ChazBCook, @BoneVolt what do you think of the idea ?
