Considering thats my name in the splash screen, KJScott, I would say calling this an original by changing the first two lines of code is not exactly accurate.

Marking as abuse as appropriate credit wasn't given according to the original CC4-BY-NC-SA license, although I think this also qualifies as spam as there's virtually no changes from the original creator's version.

I think whatever you're planning to do with this game (like eventually modding it), there's better options of going about it then uploading others work as is to the BBS.
