Final jam submission is here on the bbs! The "office" tutorial should hopefully teach how the game works, and address some of the problems people have been having figuring out the game. I've had very little time to playtest it (being a jam and all) so if anything still isn't clear or if you don't like something I'd like to hear your criticism!
This is easily one of my favorite games on Pico 8. The art looks awesome and the sound effects are good and crunchy. The movement and combos feel great to control and execute. The gameplay is so simple, yet so engaging.
Highly recommend and can't wait for updates if there will be any!

@dw817 Absolutely. If you could, could you tell me exactly what things I'm doing in the gif that the tutorial didn't explain? So I can add it in an update.
Alright, I'm getting it now. Wow. Understand @Hobhob I'm not very good at action games but I REALLY wanted to play yours as it's looking quite polished.
Seeing the video you posted I see now how to work your way up. You gotta hit the bad guys then jump off of them as they are stunned or defeated.
