Fast Match 3 Game
it's a kind of zookeeper clone
bug reports and suggestions welcome
gameplay:
use arrow keys/dpad to move the cursor
press x to select the tile you want to move
change tile with any neighbour
you can only change if there is a match of 3 or more same tiles
to complete a level you must match a specific number of tiles, the number of tiles raises with the level number
time is always playing against you

Good match-3, @heilaut. Needs more information on the screen. Level, score, etc.
Look to Bejeweled Blitz a similar timed game for ideas of layout, power-ups, and "Last Hurrah."
