You somehow get cut up into pieces for losing, but if you win, you get this:

Fair enough. You gimme the 45.6 billion in small unmarked bills and I'll give you a shiny golden star.

The player's head is constantly moving which sort of defeats the "don't move when the doll girl is looking" concept :)

I know its just a simple game, but potentially you could take this idea further. For example: A time limit; multiple CPU players competing; a concept of "balance" so when you stop moving you need to "balance" by repeatedly hitting 2 keys on the keyboard (like in Track and Field)
