Hi there,

My copy of pico-8 isn't showing up as registered to my account, so I can't download the update which makes me SUPER sad. Anything I can try doing? I've found my Humble key and tried reentering it but it says it's already claimed (which, I mean, makes sense since I do have a working copy of pico-8).

Any help would be hugely appreciated. I also send an email last week to [email protected]

Any chance you have two accounts? Your license might be assigned to one while you're using another to post in the BBS.

Hunh, ok so that DOES turn out to be the case, eth3real, thank you. It's mysterious to me bc I thought I had always associated it with one particular email account, but either I or Humble did something different (bc it is associated with the email I use for Humble).

So...any way of switching the email address it is associated with, so the products associated with "Humble Email Address" would get associated with "BBS Email Address"?

Oh also whoops, this is still me (daggermoor) I forgot that I was still logged in to the mysterious other account.

...And clearly this is all just forgetfulness on my part seeing as I made a different user name etc. So...that's embarrassing.

And the core problem is solved, namely I was able to download the update, yay! But if there is a way to merge these two accounts (daggermoor and dafyddmeurig) that would be brilliant. Otherwise I'll just muddle through ;)
