Changing the root_path and cdata_path in config.text do not appear to work on macOS.

steps

1. launch pico-8 and shutdown
2. change location of root/data in ~/Library/Application Support/pico-8/config.txt to new dir.
   (line 46, 50)
3. relaunch pico-8 and browse

not sure if this is the same issue reported earlier with command line -home flags under win or not but wanted to report this.

Stopping by to mention that on OSX dragging a file onto the pico-8 app launches the app without loading the file. Perhaps tangentially related?
