Interesting concept. Maybe you could try to put an indicator of where the snake will be next?
Edit: It would be better if instead you went back to the end of the snake so it's easier to know where you are going to go next.

Wow. Absolutely loved this concept, and it's well executed. Knowing where the snake goes next is a hard skill to master.
