This is Gorpslosh, a dusty project I rewrote for PICO-8. Now, all can play! Will you survive the proliferating onslaught and become ruler of gunkville?

I see a lot of potential here! I had fun slinging gunk and got up to roughly equal gunk and life but I'm not sure how to get points or what the rules and mechanics really are. I understand perhaps some of this is supposed to be cryptic but I would appreciate a little more info either here or in-game :)
Much appreciated feedback! Don't get eaten, and try to use your environment to set traps with gunk in order to slosh the gorp like so:
