Hi I redeemed my humble bundle key which showed the games I could download. I then signed up with this username and my humble bundle email address and when I go to games there is no download just "try the demo"

Did I do something wrong?

Hey, looks like you figured it out already, but for anyone else who comes across this thread:

1. Make sure you signed up for your lexaloffle (forum) account with the same email you purchased with (or set it as the 'alternative email' in your settings

2. If you don't have a forum account, you can still request an email with download links from the 'My Games' page: https://www.lexaloffle.com/games.php?page=my

If you have any trouble, you can get me at [email protected] (mention a game's name in the subject so that it can escape my spam filters!)

I get a similar problem. I got the game back when it was in the Humble Bundle. I signed up for the account but never really used Voxatron. I am now highly interested after seeing it's true capability but my email isn't tied to an account and as such I can't reset my password.
I'd really appreciate some help with this, thanks!
I also still have the code which I used to redeem my copy of Voxatron. This is a new forum account, by the way.
