Got my entry sorted out for Ludum Dare 46, first time in a while since I've posted a game.
Also my first cartridge I've posted here since I picked up Pico-8 a week ago.

Update: Spent the past month revising the game into v1.2, tutorial and additional feedback are provided in game, as well as 3x3 and 4x4 map so you can choose your difficulty. Removed the rest of the post so as not to clutter things up. Should be final update unless bugs are found I missed.
Update: Optimised some more code so was able to add in some basic effects, menuitems, skip turn, vfx showing o2 depletion, and improved messages on when you're missing tools/materials, and redid the title using up the last of my space in the spritesheet.
Edit: I had made a major error in the code, finally resolved it (which is why a couple of versions went up back to back as I'd missed a different scenario each time)
Edit 2: Added even more bits of functionality from ideas from a remastering of this game including; fog effect, o2/power warning, balance tweaks, tweaks to graphics to improve visibility, extra text to add to story, fake cameras for story reasons, and minimap when scanner is active.
