Hey, I haven't come across Renbo's games before. He has a nice little collection there.
I tried Temporal.. but I have to admit, there's only so much crate pushing and switch triggering I can take. I like the whole time thing though. Especially the way the game handles the problem of interacting with previous instances of your self so that they can't reach the exit, by marking it up as a paradox. Nice!
Have you tried qbasic much? I used to spend a lot of time making half-finished games with it. It's a nice language for messing around in.
I haven't done anything serious in it. But I have to admit that the only game I wrote was in QBasic. A basketball shooting simulation. I have lost the code =[
I hope I can do it again with the languages I have learned since then.
