WIP pacman clone.
Focuses heavily on accurate ghost AI.
I feel like I can't keep them in chase mode long enough to really get a feel for it. I'm apparently just killing it too much.
Ah, yeah, I haven't tweaked the timing on that any yet.
I'm also feeling like 4 power pellets might be too many for the tiny screen.
