You're trapped inside evur's castle and the only way to get out is by guiding a ball through its walls!

Controls:

  • O (Z) - Continue/Fire ball
  • X - Retry
  • Left/Right - Adjust angle
  • Up/Down - Adjust strength

Pro tip: You get 2 points per life remaining, when ending the level.

Good puzzle, @EV3R4. However if you lose and start over all the way back at the beginning, that is pretty harsh.

Here are a few suggestions if I may:

Have an EASY option for there are no lives and you get to play the level until you win it. Add scoreboard, full points for normal level, half points for EASY level.

Say 2-points for normal level finishing level 1.
1-point for easy level finishing level 1.

Points accordingly for normal: 1=2, 2=4, 3=6, 4=8, etc.
Points accordingly for easy: 1=1, 2=2, 3=3, 4=4, etc.

So if the player is playing the easy level, once they get to level 4 they will already have 6 points having earned 1+2+3.

If the normal level at level 4 they will have 12 points having earned 2+4+6.

Keep track of high score.

thanks for your valuable suggestions!
I've made this game over the weekend for Mid-Jam 2022, so I didn't have enough time for making difficulty levels or a scoreboard.

The points are given based on your remaining lives (e.g. when you win a level with 3 lifes left, you get 3*2=6 points). Additionally you can get 1 score point by collecting these:
[8x8]

I could double the points for normal mode in a future release.

Currently I'm working on a bug fix release, I may implement those features in a future version.
