This is my first game on the Pico-8. It took around 10 hours to complete. I learned lots of Lua in the process! :)

This is really cool! I like that you're keeping it Newtonian, but managing the rotation here is really hard, especially when trying to stay near a planet, and doubly so because it's hard to tell visually how much I'm rotating (at least without looking at the rspd
indicator).
Perhaps consider making the rotation controls stronger, but also capping the absolute value of angular velocity? It's still Newtonian, you're just cutting the thrusters at some point.
