Also—just FYI in case you're not aware—there should be a link labelled 'Edit' just below your cart and if you click that it'll take you to another page with another link 'Upload New Version' so you can put your updates in a single thread if you want instead of starting a new thread each time.
Some more info that should be helpful:
you can edit or delete a thread (sometimes we create empty posts by mistake!)
you can also change the category of the thread, so a game can go from 'blog' to 'carts > work in progress' to 'carts > released'
when you upload a cart, the bbs generates an ID (here 'maneyidoje' – it’s semi-random, more or less pronounceable, unique name used by people who have pico8 ('load #maneyidoje' is the command to get the cart automatically from the bbs); you can set your own ID (for example 'glorytest')
- when you have a new version, you can edit the existing thread, replacing the cart in the post with the newer one. pick the same ID and the bbs will automatically increase the version number. (sometimes people keep older versions in the post, using spoiler markup, sometimes they don’t.) people will be able to do 'load #glorytest-0' and 'load #glorytest-1' to play a specific version, or 'load #glorytest' to play the latest. it also means that the game will be present only once in splore, which is nicer.
