I marked it as spam. You didn't originally have so much as an explanation as to why you re-uploaded someone else's work (which could have legit reasons, intentional hack of public domain work, etc. etc.). I had no idea you were a real person who was intentionally doing something. Make sure to explain what you're doing in the future.
