An OK read in a funny PICO-8 format. Wish pressing X would have sped the text progress rather than skipping the page entirely. Had to press O to go back and wait at each page, one word at a time. Had it been a text adventure game, slow text with no speed control would have been an automatic skip for me.

During the "decision time", I tried to see if there was something in the pause menu or what would happen if I pressed X instead, hoping for an easter egg, but it just said I pressed left. Missed opportunity to add something unique ? Not really; breaking the 4th wall of the media is pretty mainstream now. But it's still a nice proved concept to build on ;)
