First of all I want to greet everyone, I saw this game on the humble bundle and oh boy what an awesome game!!
Anyway, I saw some levels in here that didn't show up on the BBS ingame, what does BBS actually stand for?
So the only way I know to play levels posted in here is to download the png and put it in the my_levels folder than goto the editor and load the level.
Is there any quicker way?

You don't have to download the .png in order to play the level. You can just select "update" and the list will sync with the BBS (which stands for Bulletin Board System).
Yes, each level is contained in a png image with the screenshot composing most of the picture, and the actual level data at the bottom (represented by a jumble of colored blocks... don't ask me what they mean).
