when trying to use cartdata() I get error saying it only works in CE. I've only downloaded and installed the version emailed to me. what am I doing wrong?

What is CE? I don't get any error when running cartdata(), with and without education edition.

now i feel dumb b/c it says "cartdata() can only be called once" not "on ce"
it skipped a line on/ce.
