So I just wanted to know if there is a way to export your music / sprites created in picotron to like png / wav format, or if it will ever be possible.

Wish this were a feature, for graphics it's not too bad since there's a builtin capture tool but there doesn't seem to be a good way to share just a track from an sfx file for instance...

You can use ctrl+0 to output a raw audio file.

Just tried ctrl+0, but it outputs as a .raw file, what format is that? Looking it up didn't yield much information other than file formats for photo cameras :/

It's raw audio. Signed 16-bit audio IIRC. You can open it in Audacity or such and export it as a more common format.
