Do you mean to play the level?
From inside the game: PLAY->BBS LEVELS and then UPDATE.
Then look for #6122 in the list.
If you want to open the level in VOXDE (level designer), just click on the image in this page, and that's level file. You can download it as usual and the open it in the editor with CTRL+L
