Several built-in Lua functions aren't mentioned in the manual

assert, ipairs, and next appear to exist as in stock Lua, but the manual doesn't mention them (outside of the changelog). It does mention every other supported Lua built-in, so this omission makes it harder to gauge what exactly is still exposed (especially without access to _G). Especially odd since the coroutine documentation mentions wrapping coresume inside assert.

Also, the select builtin is documented (indirectly, under Function Arguments), but doesn't seem to exist! At least not in 0.2.0h.

I haven't touched PICO-8 in ages, and I thought it was about time I changed that. Love the recent additions.

Cranked this out in... twelve days, I think? With three tokens and zero compressed bytes to spare. Phew!

edit: Now there's a speedrun version.

For Ludum Dare 36! The theme is "ancient technology", though it didn't exactly take center stage here.

Tiny puzzle-platformer with some less common mechanics.

Once again, to fit within the compressed size limit, I had to strip out all the comments. :(

I think this is the first actual game I've ever finished! Made with my partner glip over the past couple weeks, as part of their Flora universe.

I wrote some stuff about the experience making it, and there's a bit more on Floraverse.

I had to strip all the comments to fit under the compressed size limit, but the original cart/source is available.
