Move Mouse | Aim
Left Click | Throw the disc (if it was thrown, it is returned after 3 bounces with the edges or if you press 🅾️/Z again after a bounce)
Right Click | block enemy discs (if you have your disc handy)

You can change controls in the pause menu.
