Here's a quick and dirty cart that will merge 2 PNGs into 1.
Assumptions: Use black, white, with Pink for transparent.
Drag first image onto cart.
Drag second image onto cart.
Output is saved in the sprite sheet.
This will only work on desktop pico8.
