here's a short game inspired by desert golf
'Hlíep Frogge' is supposedly 'leap frog' in middle english
Absolutely adore this game, incredibly interesting mechanics, fantastic design and a joy to play! Only downside is it's shortness! Looking forward to (hopefully) see more of this game!
Awesome work! The music, graphics, and physics are all really nice!
A few minor bugs:
> It's possible to partially control the frog at the beginning by quickly tapping x. I see that you have a check that prevents the door from working before falling down, so it's not game-breaking.
> Holding x in mid-air shows the aiming graphic, if that's not intentional.
I also decided to speedrun this and my best time is currently a 20.50 with room for improvement.
