A quick idea I had for a background effect. Honestly it's taking me longer to post this than it did to write, but maybe someone will get some use out of it. =)
Also apparently "K5" is too short for a title on this forum, and fails posting. Fun times.

That's some mesmerizin' for a quick bit of code. Would be interesting to see it incorporate some color and some speed change logic along a couple different dimensions.
I made a new cart with your suggestions, and tried to sync it to a BGM I wrote a while back. It was enough of an improvement that I felt it deserved its own post.
