sorry, i should make it clear that this is very WIP, more of a dev log for now. you can't do anything significant, but i think in a week or so it's going to start taking shape

implemented the majority of the city interface - skip a few turns to generate supply and you can use it to build vehicles and upgrades, then you can send your vehicles out

still need to implement combat, supply lines, victory, sparklies
