I'd like to include something that sounds at least approximately like vocals. It doesn't need to be particularly intelligible aside from hearing sharp sounds that might be "k" or "c" or "x" and vowel sounds.

Is this possible in Picotron? Heck, is this possible in PICO-8? I own PICO-8 already, but I've played with TIC-80 and the larger screen and defaulting to full keyboard+mouse being available kinda slaps. Picotron seems a lot nicer in comparison, though, and it having the capability to do something-like-vocals might be the final point in favor of being irresponsible with my money. :P

(For reference, I want to demake Patapon, or at least make something vaguely similar.)
