- 🅾️/Z | Throw the disc (if it was thrown, it is returned after 3 bounces with the edges or if you press 🅾️/Z again after a bounce)

What is the purpose of the white bar at bottom left?
Also I am convinced I've seen the enemy block even though they don't have a disc!
@phill The bar in the lower left is the stamina that allows you to block; if it's empty, you can't. And let me fix the details of blocking enemies.
