changed how the mountains display and also added a couple of things :)
one more little fix, some things got messed up if the user tabbed out for too long
lil update:
changed the rate of flicker for some lights, it used to make certain types of monitors unhappy
also added another secret event :)
Looks awesome, I think I'll be adjusting this on to slow down the flickers and use it for myself :p
