Wash's Game - 2024 Game Jelly
I'm participating in the 2024 Game Jelly and needed a place to stash my project so folks can play it.
v0.4 - Final Day!
We're all done! This was a lot of fun to make and I'm super proud of how it came out.
I will say, I didn't get to balance it much so it's currently very hard, but I plan to do some bug fixes so make sure to post about them here. :)

v0.3 - Day 6
There is now a core game loop though it isn't very flashy at this point and needs more variety.
- Added lots of sprites for future enemies and attacks
- Map now moves!
- Wag attack fades out
- Added sfx for damage, enemies, and picking up bones
- Pick up bones for EXP!
- Added EXP and LV system
- Level ups refill health
- Level ups decrease time between wag attacks
- In the future they will give the option for different weapons
- Added sprites for another dog (co-op?)

v0.1 - Day 1
Boy, figuring out how to get the enemies to follow you was hard, but it works now!
- Changed BG to black
- Cleaned up sprites to show better on black BG
- Added tail wag attack (collision is buggy)
- Added cats as placeholder enemies
- Cats can be tail wagged at
- Cats follow you (so hard to figure out!)
- Barking is still just for funzies

v0.0 - Midnight Start
Put in two solid hours tonight and got a lot accomplished. The current idea is to make a vampire survivors style game.
- Got my basic project set up
- Plugged in my game intro
- Hooked up my dog sprites
- Got movement working and a basic animation system in place
- Added "press O to bark" for funzies
