Here's my cartridge for this year's Advent Calendar, a collection of 31 holiday themed games packaged in an adorable menu cartridge. For the full experience, you can open each advent box here, or load #advent2025 from inside PICO-8.
Thanks to @kevinthompson and @bikibird for organising the jam and wrangling so many elves, and to everyone who took part and made it such an enjoyable event.
How To Play
Aim your cannon with LEFT / RIGHT, and hold [O] / Z for fine adjustments.
The goal is to collect all of the gems in each room as efficiently as possible. Or alternatively, to just have fun hurling elves out of a cannon (don't worry -- they like it). Be careful not to run out of elves! They became your final score at the end of the game.

Such nice game feel with this. Slow motion for precision aiming is a good idea, I'll have to remember to try that myself.
I'm startled as the åčēĢ (split up) splash suddenly came out the entire screen.
Small but very fun. Really liked the graphic and audio effects (åčēĢ!). Best score for now is 29.

It's a bit of pachinko re-imagined. The graphics and animations are top. The graphics have an art Deco feel to me. You created a game that fun even for people that have poor eye-hand coordination like me. Also the sounds are great

I did have an occasional problem with disappearing elves... 
hopefully no elves were harmed in the making of this cart...:p
A few days ago I got this run.
You never miss, though I'm sure that comes with a lot of experience. ^ã^
I got this final score on my first try (in the browser) and now I am unable to chase it. đ
