So, I bought Voxatron [right after the humble bundle ended] from the page. I downloaded it no problem. But then, I go to re-download it a while after since my computer's drive was wiped, and it's gone. Checked the e-mail I purchased it with. Gone, Nowhere, nothing's there at all. Why? I don't know. Someone please help. [The game has been gone for at least a year or two now]
you waited two years? if you lost your humble bundle url, all you had to do was to report it to lexaloffle games (you did it now, I wish I said that to you before) zep can surely send the url to your e-mail again, all we can do is to wait now. :) sorry for the unhelpful comment, however.
I can help you, happenned to me there's 3 alternatives:
- Here on Lexaloffle on the top right corner 1st Icon on the left, Are your bought games, You should find voxatron download for Win, Mac, Linux. ( Along with Jasper journey, Zen garden, Chocolat Castle ETC.. )
If this doesn't show up then well:
2.
- Go to https://www.humblebundle.com
-Login.
- ( The one I found the easiest )
-Login to your email account you used for the bundle purchase.
-Search the tag "Humble "- go to near the last one.
- One should be called " Your Humble Bundles Key(s).
Well if it's not in your bought game, ypu didn't bought it... if you know you've bought it you can contact Lexaloffle ( zep ) on their personal email or on forum here tough I think those kind of problem are more personal
Maybe you're connected on thr wrong account ( just a guess )
Hi Arceus255
EDIT: I found your order and added Voxatron to your account -- check your My Games page while logged in and it should show up:
All of the Voxatron orders are processed through Humble, so even if you didn't get it in a bundle, you should have an email from Humble confirming your order. Unfortunately I couldn't set it up so that Lexaloffle accounts activate automatically -- you have to click the 'Lexaloffle Account Activation' from Humble's key page. Kind of a pain, but I couldn't get this resolved with Humble's setup.
If you can't find the email, you can use Humble's key resender.
Let me know if you still have trouble (hey at lexaloffle dot com)
