Right now you have to mark the start of video recording and then save.

Often I kind of want to save the last several seconds of footage. Sort of like a replay.

It would be great if it was always recording and I could just dump the last several seconds.

The only thing marking the start of video recording does is erase everything before it. When you go over the length limit (what is it, five seconds?) it starts erasing frames from the start of the video as if you didn't even mark it...

It's 8 seconds, I believe. It would be great if you could set this length yourself though. Also, audio caputure would be an awesome think to have.

According to the official Pico-8 manual, it's already always recording, see: "You can save a video at any time (it is always recording) -- use F8 just to reset the video starting point if you want something less than 8 seconds long."
