ever looked at the picotron default file icons and went "man, i wish i had more icons in these icons"? well have i got the solution for you!
INTRODUCING: icon base!
icon base lets you customize the default file and folder icons, without any metadata shenanigans! want your gif files to have their own icon? want color with your .lua files? want a treble clef on your .sfx files? want your font folder to have a big "T" on it? well now you can do all that and more without having to manually change each file's icon!
for help, consult the "read me" menu item when you open the cart, or you can just ask stuff here.
also it might be a bit broken but ill be trying my best to fix any bugs
changelog

Hi! This looks like a really great tool, but I can't seem to figure out how to get it to work. I've added create_process("/appdata/icon_base/startup.lua")
to startup.lua, and I've added a bunch of icons and saved them to 0.base, set it as default, but after saving and rebooting it still hasn't been working. Am I doing anything wrong or missing something? I noticed there doesn't seem to be an icon_base folder in appdata.

Palette, I just found a solution to the issue using the process manager program found here:
https://www.lexaloffle.com/bbs/?tid=148681
When you install and run this, it is going to have a section called startup apps. Add Icon Base's own startup.lua to this list, from this location:
/appdata/icon_base/startup.lua
Then reboot. If you have set your desired file as your default .base file, it will be applied each time you restart Picotron. Hope this helps!
